Thanks to WEB-CM, the WEB based CDR Software, it is now easier to check call records and preparing reports wherever you have an internet connection.
WEB-CM can collect and provide all call records coming from a multiple exchanges of a company having multiple offices. Plus, WEB-CM can be operated by more than one users simultaneously.
The NET-Console program provides both programming of the PABX systems over computers and means for extensions to manage their telephones throughcomputers that have been connected to the network.

  • WEB Interface : WEB-CM can be used everywhere you have an internet connection with any internet bowser.
  • Multi-user Feature : More than one user can use WEB-CM simultaneously.
  • Languages : Different languages can be used by more than one user at the same time.
  • Unified Call Recording : All call records and SMS records sent/received over KAREL GT10M / GT20 GSM Gateways can be reported.
  • Detailed Reports : Reports can be created by extensions, called lines, operators, prefixes, date/time and exchanges.
  • Tariffs : Multiple currencies are supported.
  • Authorization Types : Normal User, Group Manager and System Administrator
  • Call Reports by E-mail : Reports can be automatically sent to users within predefined time periods.
  • Phonebook : Private and Common Phonebooks can be created. Numbers recorded in the phonebook can be called with a single click.
  • Back-up & Maintenance : WEB-CM operates its back-up and maintenance automatically in predefined time periods.
  • Operating System : MS Windows / LINUX.
  • NET-Console : Includes free licenses for NET-Console.
